Senior Data Scientist

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead advanced experimentation frameworks and causal inference modeling to support marketing decisions at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced experimentation frameworks including Bayesian hypothesis testing.
• Build and deploy machine learning models for campaign analytics.
• Collaborate across teams to drive data strategy and insights.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s in Data Science or related field with relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Python or R, SQL, and data pipeline development.
• Experience with A/B testing and causal inference techniques.
