Senior Data Scientist

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own evaluation analytics end-to-end, curate datasets, and author rubrics.
• Build LLM graders and work on synthetic data generation.
• Partner with PM/Eng/Design teams and VIP customers for quality gains.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's in Data Science or related field with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for large-scale analysis.
• Experience with LLM fundamentals and data pipeline building.
