Senior Data Scientist

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days a week in-office work.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

The Copilot and Platform Ecosystem (CAPE) team is focused on delivering customer success through collaborative solutions. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work with data engineering and product teams to turn large-scale telemetry into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to define analytical questions and success metrics.
• Analyze large-scale telemetry data to provide insights.
• Design experiments to measure feature impacts.
• Own core metrics and ensure data quality.
• Build analytical models to support various analyses.
• Communicate complex analyses clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

Required: Doctorate or Master's in relevant fields with experience in data science or analytics.

Preferred: Experience with SQL, Python, and data-intensive environments.
