Senior Data Analyst - Copilot in Office

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop data frames and analytical solutions for user engagement metrics.
• Share insights through dashboards and reports.
• Advise on experimental design and product direction.
• Support Copilot experimentation exit reviews.
• Ensure alignment across teams and maintain privacy compliance.

Qualifications:

Required: Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with 2-4 years of experience in data analysis.

Preferred: 6-8 years of experience in data analysis with expertise in user engagement analytics and data visualization tools.
