This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

$119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end customer engagement lifecycles, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Coordinate engineering escalations and post-incident reviews to improve service reliability.
  • Facilitate regular service reviews and maintain transparency with customers.
  • Advocate for customer needs by capturing feedback and submitting design change requests.
  • Drive program growth by identifying improvement opportunities and managing onboarding readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in enterprise customer engagement and incident management.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
