Compensation:
$119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer engagement lifecycles, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Coordinate engineering escalations and post-incident reviews to improve service reliability.
- Facilitate regular service reviews and maintain transparency with customers.
- Advocate for customer needs by capturing feedback and submitting design change requests.
- Drive program growth by identifying improvement opportunities and managing onboarding readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Proven experience in enterprise customer engagement and incident management.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
