Overview:

A Microsoft Design storytelling and envisioning team is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to bring stories to life, impacting both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual narratives across 2D, 3D, illustration, graphics, motion, and video.
  • Build and manage cross-channel visual systems for consistency and quality.
  • Provide art direction and coaching for illustrators and visual artists.
  • Maintain high creative standards aligned with Microsoft’s brand and accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 4+ or 5+ years of experience respectively.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual craft and multidisciplinary design work.
  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with 3D tools.
