Responsibilities:
- Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor.
- Identify resolutions to customer blockers leveraging subject matter expertise.
- Guide customer journeys to the Azure Cloud and provide thought leadership.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement as part of a Cloud Platform squad.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting.
- Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure and related technologies such as Networking and Virtualization.
