Compensation:
CAD $128,000 - CAD $222,400 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy cloud usage and AI programs, improving them based on stakeholder feedback.
- Manage cloud usage and AI initiatives, developing project plans and driving accountability.
- Create documentation and messaging to share insights and updates post-launch.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across Microsoft to lead programs and pilots.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field with 4+ years of experience in program management.
- Proven experience in customer success and global support functions.
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred, with additional years of experience.
