Senior Azure Cloud Customer Experience Engineer

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

Track customer incidents, engage with strategic customers, contribute to troubleshooting, and recommend training modules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and 4+ years of experience in technology or cloud support.
• Experience with mission-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise in Azure technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and monitoring tools.
