Senior Advisor, Program Quality & Service Assurance

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

USD $154,500 - $231,700 per year

Overview:

Seeking a senior delivery leader to oversee program quality, service maturity, and operations assurance across a multi-domain systems integration program.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the quality and service assurance authority across planning, build, release, and production operations.
• Develop and enhance QA standards and process documentation.
• Maintain accountability for production quality and service maturity.
• Lead structured maturity assessments and translate results into improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading complex technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and operational support models.
