Research Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

Build and scale global research programs, implement operational systems, and connect teams to enhance research impact.

Responsibilities:

• Scale research programs and maximize impact.
• Design and launch programs to enhance researcher satisfaction.
• Manage operational systems for various research activities.
• Track research deliverables and optimize resource allocation.
• Build research governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4+ or 5+ years of experience respectively.
• 3+ years in research operations or related roles preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
