Research Operations Program Manager

This position is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Responsibilities:

You will manage program logistics, coordinate customer communications, and track the impact of research work. Additionally, you will engage with customers to ensure their participation in research programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of User Experience Research experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience Program Management or Software Program/Product Management.
• 3+ years of program or product management experience.
