Research Intern - STAC, NYC (Sociotechnical Alignment Center)

This internship is based in New York City, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $8,760 - $14,360 per month

Overview:

The Research Intern will engage in research on AI systems, focusing on measuring risks and capabilities, and collaborate with experienced researchers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research, collaborate with other interns and researchers, present findings, and contribute to the research community.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant PhD program.
• Demonstrated interest in AI system evaluation methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in original research.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
