Research Intern - Interactive Multimodal Futures Group (Situated & Affective Computing)

This internship is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $6,710 - $13,270 per month

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with researchers to prototype systems and run user studies.
• Design and implement research prototypes for real-time situated and adaptive interaction.
• Explore generative AI techniques related to multimodal interaction.
• Contribute to publications and share findings with the research community.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a PhD or equivalent program in relevant fields such as HCI, Computer Science, or Psychology.
• At least 2 years of research experience using human-centered approaches.
