Regional Critical Environment (CE) Program Manager - Data Analytics and Tooling

This position is based in Gävle, Sweden with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Translate raw data into actionable insights for operational improvements.
• Track and communicate the value of integrated analytics to stakeholders.
• Lead the development of shared analytics platforms and Power BI dashboards.
• Build strong relationships with Engineering Groups and key partners.
• Manage the Dynamics 365-based Operational Readiness tool.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data Analysis and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience in data center or large-scale operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced Power BI or Tableau development experience.
• Strong SQL, Kusto (KQL), and DAX knowledge.
