Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver enablement resources for Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Lead organic social media strategies and execute data-driven campaigns.
- Translate campaign data into narratives that demonstrate impact.
- Build relationships with talent communities to convert interest into applicants.
- Manage agency relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of integrated marketing experience.
- 10+ years in talent acquisition marketing for a large technology company preferred.
