USD $68,300 - $137,900 per year
Overview:
As a Recruiter within Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Americas, you will drive end-to-end hiring execution in support of Microsoft’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess candidates through initial screening and gathering information.
- Leverage best practices for sourcing and recruiting, maintaining candidate satisfaction throughout the process.
- Analyze data to recommend hiring plans based on business demand and talent availability.
- Engage with stakeholders to execute hiring plans and balance multiple expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience.
- Curiosity and usage of AI and emerging technologies preferred.
