Compensation:

USD $68,300 - $137,900 per year

Responsibilities:

• Execute hiring plans and engage with stakeholders to meet talent acquisition goals.
• Analyze data trends to inform hiring strategies and enhance candidate experiences.
• Attract and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication and engagement techniques.
• Ensure compliance with staffing policies and maintain documentation on candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience or a Master's Degree with relevant experience.
• Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
