The Microsoft Quantum team is dedicated to developing the first scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computer. Our work spans quantum hardware, error correction, and integration with Azure. Our accomplished, diverse international team is focused on building a scalable quantum computing system. Our full-stack strategy encompasses breakthroughs in quantum device physics, scalable readout, and control infrastructure powered by cryoelectronics. Microsoft is seeking a Quantum Technical Program Manager (TPM), at the Senior to Principal level, to lead the end-to-end delivery of next-generation quantum hardware systems. You will drive cross-functional execution across research, engineering, and external partners to develop scalable, production-ready quantum solutions. Working closely with subsystem research and development leaders in areas such as control, packaging, and test and measurement, you will align roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver critical milestones. This high-impact leadership role calls for deep technical expertise, strong program management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
