Quantum Systems Mechanical and Cryogenics Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization in Mechanical Engineering, Cryogenic Engineering, and Physics.
• Own the lifecycle, upgrades, reliability, and maintenance strategy for cryogenic refrigerator systems.
• Establish and scale engineering infrastructure and toolchains for hardware development.
• Drive robust mechanical architecture and provide technical leadership across global teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Cryogenics, Physics, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in leading complex hardware systems and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with cryogenic systems and advanced research platforms.
