Compensation:
USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision and strategy for AI-powered operational agents.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams.
- Develop and prioritize roadmaps for agentic capabilities.
- Measure success through KPIs such as Time-to-Engage reduction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
