Overview:

As a Product Designer II, you will help turn complex workforce signals into clear, actionable product experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end design for moderately complex product areas, from problem definition through high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Content Design to shape coherent solutions.
  • Create and test prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design intent.
  • Apply strong product thinking to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in product or service design.
  • Experience shipping products and using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in designing data visualization or analytics tools.
