Product Designer II

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, and Research partners to define and iterate on product features from concept to delivery.
• Communicate design ideas and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Translate user insights and feedback into design solutions, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
• Produce design artifacts using Figma, Vercel, and other AI prototyping tools.
• Partner with developers during implementation to refine details and ensure designs meet specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in product or service design.
• 1+ year experience applying AI domain knowledge to real-world product design.
• 3+ years experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong collaboration skills across disciplines.
