Product Designer II

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design AI-powered features across Microsoft 365 products.
• Translate user needs into experience frameworks and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, and research partners.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to user advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in product or service design.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI design.
