Compensation:
CAD $85,000 - CAD $166,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of a successful design team.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure consistency across experiences.
- Document and represent design direction to stakeholders.
- Work with development teams to ensure successful design implementation.
- Coordinate testing efforts with user researchers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in product or service design.
- Experience shipping products through an end-to-end design process.
- Strong design leadership skills and ability to solve complex design problems.
