Product Designer

This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

CAD $67,100 - CAD $131,400 per year

Overview:

As a Product Designer, you will explore how AI can enhance employee experiences, turning abstract ideas into tangible designs. You will work hands-on in Figma, creating prototypes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to refine AI-driven product experiences.
• Communicate design ideas effectively using visuals and prototypes.
• Understand the broader employee experience and how design decisions impact usability and trust.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.
• Portfolio showcasing design work is required.
