Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic programs to improve security posture, including credential leak prevention.
  • Define program vision and execution plans in collaboration with various teams.
  • Own the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives.
  • Track risks and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and manage program-level dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years' experience in engineering or program management.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience with credential scanning technologies.
  • Familiarity with security compliance standards.
