Principal Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days in-office work.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment and clarity of architectural decisions for quantum drive and engine.
• Plan and execute software development against aggressive timelines.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from design to integration.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Anticipate and mitigate technical risks.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in engineering or program management.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is preferred.
