Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear programs with defined scope and success metrics.
- Partner with research scientists and engineers to align stakeholders on priorities.
- Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration and communication.
- Drive data-informed decision making and progress reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering or program management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
