Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

Drive the delivery of next-generation customer readiness experiences, focusing on security posture improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition of measurable Good State for customer security readiness.
  • Drive product experiences for identifying and prioritizing hardening actions.
  • Shape automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver supporting systems for customer readiness.
  • Ensure accountability across teams for effective solution implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years in program management or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with security scenarios is valuable.
