Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Own execution of large-scale monetization programs with aggressive timelines.
- Define strategy and success metrics for technical programs across ad delivery and AI/ML-driven targeting.
- Manage dependencies and risks in a matrixed environment.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Lead data-driven experimentation to validate monetization hypotheses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering or technical program management.
- 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Search and Ads ecosystems is preferred.
