Responsibilities:

  • Own execution of large-scale monetization programs with aggressive timelines.
  • Define strategy and success metrics for technical programs across ad delivery and AI/ML-driven targeting.
  • Manage dependencies and risks in a matrixed environment.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
  • Lead data-driven experimentation to validate monetization hypotheses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with Search and Ads ecosystems is preferred.
