Principal Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, WA, requiring a minimum of three days in-office work.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Integrate readiness systems across partner teams.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap for learning and onboarding.
• Translate AI platform patterns into engineering systems.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of MOUs across teams.
• Define and operationalize AI adoption pathways.
• Represent STAR in technical and operational forums.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering or program management.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve workflows.
