This position is based in Greater Toronto, Ontario, with a work schedule of 3 days in-office and less than 25% travel.

Compensation:

CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Software Engineering, Data Scientists, Designers, and SMEs to design complex technical solutions.
  • Define success criteria and coordinate alignment across business for high-complexity projects.
  • Deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, and lead governance programs.
  • Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to obtain Secret Level II security clearance from the Government of Canada.
