Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, WA, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture and design of complex, distributed systems for agentic applications.
• Lead technical strategy to improve service reliability and developer agility.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
• Collaborate to integrate multi-modal AI capabilities into applications.
• Establish best practices for coding and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Preferred experience managing multiple engineering teams.

Cloud-native technologies, AI/ML infrastructure.
