USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

As a Principal Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team to develop a global-scale Kubernetes-based service platform, ensuring security and compliance while delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team with a strong security mindset.
  • Ensure systems meet internal security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Represent the engineering team in cross-organizational security reviews and design discussions.
  • Oversee security requirements across the software development lifecycle.
  • Manage complex site incidents and direct engineering efforts across product lines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience, including people management and security domains.

Tech stack:

Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and related open-source technologies.
