Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction for scalable architectures and champion innovation using AI/ML.
• Lead and coach your team in producing secure, extensible, and maintainable code on Azure Intelligent Cloud.
• Define and drive the roadmap for AI-driven business process automation.
• Make executive connections with key stakeholders to identify and maintain automation solutions.
• Foster an inclusive team culture prioritizing psychological safety and career growth.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.

Preferred: Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in people management.
