USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Overview:

Lead Azure Compute’s image, media, and operating system servicing platforms with end‑to‑end ownership of OS image creation, patching, validation, and rollout at hyperscale.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end outcomes for Azure Compute servicing platforms.
  • Lead OS image creation, patching, validation, and recovery workflows.
  • Partner with security and compliance stakeholders.
  • Drive AI adoption across validation and quality systems.
  • Establish platform strategy and modernization plans.
  • Provide leadership across multiple engineering teams.
  • Represent platform health and risks in senior technical forums.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience.
  • 6+ years of people management experience.
