Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Software Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Guide team members in identifying dependencies and developing design documents.
  • Design, develop, and refactor code to enhance performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with partners in Office and MSAI.
  • Drive multiple project plans and release schedules.
  • Promote the use of AI tools for productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical experience.
  • Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale applications.
