Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Software Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Guide team members in identifying dependencies and developing design documents.
- Design, develop, and refactor code to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with partners in Office and MSAI.
- Drive multiple project plans and release schedules.
- Promote the use of AI tools for productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical experience.
- Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale applications.
