Compensation:
USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year
Overview:
Lead a team focused on control plane automations for capacity buildout, contributing to capacity planning and custom model deployment automation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of software engineers building control plane services and automations.
- Drive technical design and execution for capacity automation.
- Own live-site, reliability, and operational excellence for the services your team builds.
- Partner with peer engineering managers and coach senior and mid-level engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- 4+ years of people management experience preferred.
