This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team focused on improving efficiency and fundamentals for Finance engineering services.
- Grow and retain a team of talented software engineers.
- Partner with TPM and technical leads to set team direction and prioritize work.
- Drive clarity on team goals and project milestones.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and resilience.
- Own the career development of your engineers.
- Champion the use of AI in daily workflows.
- Build and maintain strong cross-team partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams.
- Track record of delivering software projects end-to-end.
- Familiarity with agentic AI development patterns.
