This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on improving efficiency and fundamentals for Finance engineering services.
  • Grow and retain a team of talented software engineers.
  • Partner with TPM and technical leads to set team direction and prioritize work.
  • Drive clarity on team goals and project milestones.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and resilience.
  • Own the career development of your engineers.
  • Champion the use of AI in daily workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-team partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Proven experience managing software engineering teams.
  • Track record of delivering software projects end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI development patterns.
