Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers, providing technical mentorship and career direction.
  • Design and implement scalable, resilient services and user experiences.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, ensuring safe releases.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Microsoft for joint delivery of customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in software design and development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in building highly available, scalable systems.
