Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers, providing technical mentorship and career direction.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient services and user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, ensuring safe releases.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across Microsoft for joint delivery of customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience with languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in software design and development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in building highly available, scalable systems.
