Overview:

As a Principal Software Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership, architect, and guide the delivery of automation services. You will drive initiatives in platform engineering and advanced AI development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team to deliver products and features with agility and quality.
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  • Lead the creation and execution of design documents and experimentation efforts.
  • Mentor engineers and ensure code quality across products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, React, or Python.
  • Preferred: 6+ years of experience building scalable applications on Azure.
