Responsibilities:

  • Define goals, plan work, and execute with a focus on quality and customer impact.
  • Provide technical leadership across system architecture and operations for mission-critical services.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams on strategy and execution.
  • Build and retain a high-performing engineering team through coaching and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical experience.
  • Experience in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and web application frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
