Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of developers.
• Understand customer needs and deliver reliable business applications.
• Accountable for design, implementation, and operational readiness of services.
• Contribute to software architecture and evolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong coding skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
