Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

Shape the way the M365 measures and drives the feedback loop for its AI offerings. You will lead a team that enhances evaluation capabilities for builders and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide partnerships with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  • Lead the development of design documents for products and services.
  • Optimize and refactor code for improved performance.
  • Monitor system performance and act as an expert for designated responsibilities.
  • Accountable for product development and scaling to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience.
  • 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in building systems to evaluate and drive product quality.
