Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days in-office work.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

Lead a new team responsible for establishing engineering standards and collaborating across teams to implement new functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Guide partnerships with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
• Optimize and refactor code for performance improvements.
• Design complex distributed systems and lead product development.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical experience.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 12+ years.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
