USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

As a Principal Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a mixed organization responsible for Substrate services, ensuring reliability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Site Reliability Engineering Managers.
  • Own the end-to-end engineering and operational health of your organization’s services.
  • Establish and drive technical and organizational strategy.
  • Guide engineering design and architecture decisions.
  • Drive strong incident management and post-incident reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Security clearance requirements for access to Microsoft Government cloud environments.
