Principal Software Engineering Manager - M365 Copilot App

This role is based in Mountain View, California with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

As a Principal Software Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development of the Copilot application, guiding architectural decisions and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to develop and improve the Copilot application across Windows, Mac, and Web platforms.
• Make architectural decisions and assist teams in technical choices.
• Plan investments and manage project execution.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years experience in large scale application development.
• 3+ years managing a skilled team.
