Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • 4+ years leading teams delivering complex cross-functional features.
  • Experience in Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems is a big plus.
  • Proven track record of forming, mentoring, and growing strong engineering teams.
