Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Noida, India.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with security engineering disciplines to plan, architect, design, implement, and validate security products.
• Gather requirements from customers and build a product roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable services.
• Contribute to product or service design that meets customer needs.
• Drive improvements in backend engineering systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• 12 to 14 years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managing and building teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent coding abilities.
• Prior expertise in platform components & high-scale cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
